FRIENDS & FAMILY PROGRAM

This option is for those who have friends or family that are in the business (such as Realtors, Real Estate Agents, Brokers) and want to be respectful of that relationship, however would like to take advantage of the benefits associated with working with Prodigy.

You never have to choose between friendship and peak performance. If you work with Prodigy, we’ll respectfully include your friend—or offer them a compliant referral or co‑listing path—so your relationship stays great and your results are maximized.

Option 1 — Licensed‑Friend Referral
What it is:
Friend refers the client to Prodigy, receives a standard, disclosed referral fee through their brokerage.

When to use:
Friend is out‑of‑area, part‑time, or wants a passive role.

Implementation beats:
Referral agreement (broker‑to‑broker), define % and milestones.
Friend is cc’d on weekly updates if client approves.

Option 2 — Co‑Listing / Co‑Representation (Structured Teaming)
What it is:
Prodigy lead agent + friend‑agent co‑list or co‑rep.

Role split (example):
Prodigy: pricing strategy, marketing engine, negotiations, transaction coordination.

Friend: showings, client rapport, local support.

Comp: Pre‑agreed split; yard sign and marketing co‑branded.

When it shines: Friend is local and capable, but lacks your scale. The client gets the best of both.

Option 3 — Sponsored Showing/Support Agent (Per‑Milestone)

What it is:
Friend (licensed) acts as showing agent or client‑care liaison under Prodigy’s umbrella for a flat per‑milestone fee paid by Prodigy via their broker).

Use cases: High‑volume showings, overlapping schedules, buyers who need lots of access.

Option 4 — White‑Label Back Office for the Friend

What it is:
The client hires their friend; the friend hires Prodigy’s Marketing + TC + Offer Desk “engine” behind the scenes for a fee (to the friend’s brokerage).

Why it works:
Client keeps the friend as face; performance jumps because Prodigy runs the heavy lift.
