We work with other Real Estate Brokerages and Agents, not just in concert on the Buyer or Seller side, but in representation. As we are experts on land, we are able to support other teams to fulfill their client's needs. And, in exchange we get an early opportunity to review the property.
Part of this is our Friends & Family program-- where a Seller or a Buyer may want to work with their friend or family member but they want to take advantage of what Prodigy has to offer (such as it's expertise on land). So, we just work with that other party, whether they list the property or we do-- in the end, everyone wins.
