FAQs
When do I get paid?
After the referred agent’s first transaction closes, the agent is still affiliated with Prodigy, and sales agent has received the commission.
How do you calculate GCI?
GCI is the gross commission payable to sales agent on that first closed transaction, before any splits, using our internal commission records.
Can I refer more than one agent?
Yes. There is no limit, as long as each referral is eligible and submitted through the form.
What if two people refer the same agent?
Generally, the first eligible submission received is credited.
What if the agent leaves before they close?
No bonus is owed if the transaction closes after the agent is no longer affiliated with Prodigy.
Can I refer a buyer or seller lead instead of an agent?
This program is for agent recruiting only. If you have a consumer referral, contact Prodigy separately.
