How Does It Work (Step by Step)?

How It Works:

1. Submit your coverage request.

2. Send us information about the community including plans, reports, documents

3. We assign a certified, trained agent.

4. Our agent arrives on-site, aligned with your playbook.

5. You get daily feedback, lead logs, and seamless professionalism.

How Does It Work (Expanded)?

1. Execute the Master Staffing Agreement (MSA), which outlines:

Hourly or per-day rate (e.g., $50–$75/hour, depending on experience and market).

Scope of services (e.g., greeting prospects, giving tours, collecting leads, CRM input, open/close procedures).

Timeframe: On-call, fill-in, or project-based (e.g., covering maternity leave or high-traffic weekends).

NDA, Fair Housing compliance, liability coverage, etc.

2. Pull from Prodigy's Internal Pool of Certified Agents

Prodigy trains and certifies agents who want to be part of the “Builder Sales Relief Pool.”

Includes training on:

Builder brand protocols

Model home hosting etiquette

Scripted messaging and lead intake forms

3. Prodigy handles Scheduling & Dispatch

In a way, we are a boutique staffing agency:

Builder requests coverage.

Prodigy assigns an agent (via app, text, or dashboard).

Agent checks in/out digitally; logs hours and activity.

4. Prodigy manages the compensation

Builder pays Prodigy → Prodigy pays agent.

5. Prodigy supports your Branding

Agents may wear the builder’s name tag and act as if they're part of that builder’s team—but contractually, they're Prodigy reps.

This maintains white-label flexibility and shields the builder from direct HR risk.
