Managing Principal – RJ Hernandez
RJ is a seasoned real estate developer, broker, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in residential land planning, entitlement, and sales strategy. He has worked on thousands of residential lots across Southern California, leading projects from acquisition through construction. His vision for Prodigy Residential is to create a high-performance culture where agents can thrive with both the freedom of entrepreneurship and the power of a well-resourced brokerage.
